Fry onions and carrots in oil in a pan, add chopped tomato and garlic, fry again. Add tomato paste, mix. Next, we add chopped sausages and stew again, adding a bouillon cube if desired, salt, pepper, spices, and a bay leaf.
Pour water, add potatoes and cook over moderate heat until the potatoes are ready. At the end, add greens, remove from heat. Serve with sour cream.
