For the filling:
▫️ sour milk cheese – 500 g;
▫️ sugar – 100 g;
▫️ egg – 1 pc.
▫️starch – 1.5 tbsp
Add egg, sugar, sugar, vanilla sugar, oil to warm milk and mix. Sift the flour and knead the soft dough. At the end of the kneading, add oil at room temperature. Knead until the dough is smooth, in total at least 10 minutes. We put it in a dish, cover it with a film and let it rise so that it doubles in size.
Divide the finished dough into 20 equal parts (60 grams each) and first form balls, then roll out and place the filling (mix all the ingredients for preparation). We make incisions as shown in the video and wrap. We put it on a baking sheet covered with parchment, let it rise a little again, brush it with a beaten egg and bake it in a preheated oven at 180-190 (depending on the oven) degrees for 30 minutes.
