▫️ sugar – 50 g;
▫️ cinnamon – a pinch;
▫️ lemon juice – 1-2 tablespoons;
▫️oil – 1 tablespoon;
We prepare the method: peel the apple, cut it into pieces, and fry it in a pan with butter, sugar and cinnamon until soft.

Mix flour with egg, sugar, butter, baking powder and grind into crumbs.
We spread the larger half of the dough in a form lined with parchment. Spread the apple filling on top and cover with the rest of the dough. Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
