Provencal herbs – 1 tablespoon;
▫️ salt, pepper – to taste;
For the sauce:
▫️ oil – 50 g;
▫️ cheese – 30 g;
▫️ green – a bunch;
▫️garlic – 2-3 cloves;
▫️juice of half a lemon;

Wash the wings, dry them, divide them into parts, cut off the thinnest (if desired) and roll in breadcrumbs (mixed flour, baking powder, dry garlic, paprika, Provencal herbs, pepper, salt). Place on a baking sheet covered with parchment and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes on one side, then turn over to the other side and bake for another 20 minutes.
Take it out and mix it hot in the sauce (for the sauce, mix finely grated cheese, melted butter, lemon juice, greens, garlic).
